The February Meeting at JFCI

Thank you, Justice for Children International, for hosting the February meeting of the Connecticut Emergent Cohort. It was great to spend some time with you, learn a little about the work you do, and have some excellent conversation. Thanks, Ivy, for facilitating the conversation and sharing your insights with us. And thank you to everyone who came. It was very good to be together. Anyone interested in joining the conversation is welcome to join us. February 2007 Meeting

The Connecticut Cohort has not been very active over the past few months, but perhaps it is time to be re-invigorated. There are some new people on the email list, and we have some new energy as well.
The Cohort will gather at the offices of Justice for Children International (817 Chapel St., Suite 3E, New Haven, CT 06510) on Thursday, February 22 at 7:00 PM. Our conversation partner will be Ivy Beckwith, author of _Postmodern Children's Ministry_ . Ivy also serves as the secretary on the Board of Directors of Emergent Village and has recently returned to Connecticut. (Welcome back, Ivy.) This will be a great gathering, and I hope you can make it.
